Cooking Today- Lasagne!

I haven't made this dish for a while so when I decided to try it today I was slightly worried it would go pear shaped. When it comes to making the white sauce I nearly always mess up. However, today I didn't leave the pan and stirred at all times- stirring is key.



It isn't the best lasagne I've made but the white sauce was spot on so that's a plus! I like to use plenty of cheese as I believe this makes the dish.

If you are vegetarian substitute the meat for quorn.., vegetables or even baked beans...yes baked beans lasagne is simply delicious!
