Collection 2000 Extreme 24 Hour Eyeliner in Teal- Great Budget Buy!

Let me start off by saying this eyeliner is like nothing I've tried before! I usually have problems with pencil liners rubbing off my top lid (I have greasy eyelids so happens a lot!) My all time favourite liquid liner is from the body shop, but I've been trying to curb my 'black addiction' so decided to settle for this felt tip liner in teal. I'm so glad I did because this really lifts your eyes!

The past few days I've been experimenting with this liner worn simply with mascara and off course a shimmer white pencil on the inner corners. This helps me to look a lot more alert even if I've had 3 hours sleep. (Ahem of course concealer helps too).

For a dramatic effect with the teal liner I like to add black pencil inside the bottom rim.

The major plus for me is that the eyeliner dries fast and stays put with little wear. If worn for a very long, hot day (say over 8 hours) the colour will start to fade, but for a budget buy it's great value.

The only downside is I found it very difficult to wipe off at the end of the night. For some reason I'm always left with a stain on my eyelid, even when removed with my trusty Clinique cleansing balm. I've no idea why, but as it isn't a major problem I will continue to use.

Conclusion

I've not worn this eyeliner for 24hours (would you wear this to bed??!) so can't say whether it would last the whole day; but compared to other felt tip liners I have tried it does have great staying power (not waterproof) The nib makes it a breeze to apply, even for beginners. The colour is bold so only one application is required. For a drug store product under £3 I would definitely re-purchase.
